Poor porting experience with no access to client services
I have been struggling with porting my number and having my new sim work correctly for over three weeks now. After a long struggle to "archive" my number, my sim was activated a week ago.
Since then I can only receive calls from landlines. I can also make calls and load bindles. However, if you call from a cellphone it says my number does not exist.
As a self-employed person this is very problematic.
The 135 number does not allow one to talk to a person to report or follow up on the problem. I had to go to a store to log a service all three days ago- with no result.

21 May 2019, 07:56Thank you for the response- unfortunately no one has been in contact to solve the problem since, and the 48 to 72 hour promise of the store made on Friday for a technician to solve the problem has since long expired. This is most frustrating. Now the store tells me that Vodacom blocks customers numbers who have service problems, hence I cannot access the service options on the 135 number to follow up on my service problem? This is just unacceptable, Im in a service no-mans-land, I have R 100's of rands of bundles loaded and even I wanted to forgo that loss I cannot migrate my number to another network.
