POOR POOR VODACOM 0 RATED

<p>My Wife upgraded to a new Phone and when i wanted do a Sim Swap Vodacom told me i was in arears every time i phone they have a differant Story . First they soft locked our phones because we were R2000 in areas so i paid R2000 now Vodacom tells me I still own them R1600 the amount was R3600 why could they not tell me that in the beginning . When i phoned them they said it was because of my Contract that bounced in Nov,Dec and in Jan i then phoned again and they told me sorry it was for Invoices.... THAT I DID NOT RECIEVED and AGREED TO PAY</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom is very qiuck to Soft Locked your lines but whenever You have a Problem no one can Help when i phone my call get droped or the put you through from Dep to another Dep</p> <p> </p> <p>I have 4 Contracts with and it will be the last they keep on logging my cals for Manegment to phone back butt nothing........</p> <p>My wife upgraded to a new Samsung A7 or A3 she has a 7 day Return Policy that ends on 06 / 03 / 2017 when she can use the phone and it brakes and we phone Vodacom to return they are going play the 7 day return policy card with BUTTTTTTT THE ARE ASLEEP AND NEEDS TO WAKE UP</p> <p> </p> <p>I HOPE MY PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVED AFTER THIS REVIEW IF NOT I WILL SEND A REVIEW ONCE A WEEK AND WARN PEOPLE ABOUT vODACOM IN COMPETENCE</p> <p> </p>
