Poor poor service from vodacom

<p>TODAY 3 weeks 1 day....contacted a vodacom shop online upgrade of 23 November still not delivered more cancelled can't upgrade at a shop because Vodacom online don't do there job!!!!! 11 consultants from different dept contacted me and even Kelly a manager and 3 guys from the media Dept and still only promises nothing is done yet to sort out vodacom's mess!!!!! How can this be legal?????? Don't Vodacom promise clients to uphold a good service????? Don't you worry anymore to loose clients as long as you can take there money?????</p>
