Poor Poor Service

Trying to port over Cell C number ***) to Vodacom. According to CellC porting department the number has been released and awaiting Activation from Vodacom.

It's been a week on Vodacom's side with "Porting Status Pending". Surely it can't take this long, and the staff is not taking this matter any further.
