Poor Poor Service

So whenever I log a complaint on HP then Vodacom's HP department will phone me. Only to tell me that a consultant is going to contact me or trying to contact me. It never happens. They have an e-mail address on record. Why cant you write to me an e-mail if you so-called try to contact me the past almost week.

In fact I e-mail your client care team and get no response.

Sad is your HP consultant already indicated my complaint is in favour of me so I am stuck into this misrepresented deal UNTIL ONE DAY YOU MAKE CONTACT WITH ME despite that the contract as it stands is *******
