POOR POOR SERVICE!!!

How can Vodacom sell us phones which cannot be repaired? Now I have to continue pay for a phone that I cant use? This is my second complain to the same problem as I did not get any response from them. How can it be that we as consumers are being ********** VODACOM!.<br> <br> I need some advise what to do? How can I take this further? I'm sick and tired of empty promises.
