Poor poor service

I went to the mall to find out if my fianc? could buy a data package and end her current contract I spoke to at least three people each one sending me to the next and finally I was told to phone a Vodacom number I mean what is the point of a store if we have to call and then when I call the number they helped by said I should have gone to a store !!!!! Seems like helping people is not one of there strong points !!!! Been with Vodacom for 10 years and the service is just getting worse and worse very disappointed
