POOR POOR SERVICE
This is the poorest service ever, from August 2017 Vodacom cant sort out a account of which started at plus minus R17000.00 and they bring it down to plus minus R12000.00 but they cant let me have the voice recorded for security reasons that was between me and two of the employees to proof that I was given the wrong info about account.
I don't no what to do and who to contact because Michelle Mynhardt of VVm which dealing with my handover account can't give me any feedback, as from her Vodacom don't come back to her.
All I asked is to sit down with them to listen to the so called voice recording, because the call centre agents are definitely not trained to deal with any changes on contracts and the info that they give to clients.
Every time when I post on hellopeter I get a answer to say they going to contact me but nothing happen, they never contact me!
