Poor, poor, poor service

I purched phones telephonically from Vodacom. After delivery I noticed that the phones do not work to my satrisfaction. Does not ring on incoming calls. Looked at reviews on Google and a lot of people complained about the same problem. Now I can not get vodacom to collect the phones even within my 14 day cool off period. It is so problematic doing business with them. But, they keep on phoning me to sell all sorts of other contracts to me. All they want to do is sell. They hate cancellations even though there service is non existant.
