POOR POOR NETWORK RECEPTION

We have the worse reception ever in our area. I have gone into various Vodacom branches and they could pick it up on their system that it is the case indeed. I cannot have one decent conversation when I get called on my mobile - I have to walk out of my home to one specific spot where I get in total if I am lucky 1 line reception to hear the person on the other side of the call. It is causing so much frustration. My mother that lives in with me is also on Vodacom and most of the time I cannot get hold of her when calling from work as she does not pick up any reception. Surely SOMETHING can be done!
