Poor planning and possible false advertising,
So i got a call from Vodacom on Friday the 5th of June stating that i have won a competition to go watch the super 15 final and all expenses shall be paid for myself and a 1. so they asked if i app**** and i said yes and we had a small communication on email. To later find out that they want me to have all relevant information including a copy of my passport done on the Following Monday being the 8th of June. so they pretty much gave me 3 days to get my passport all in order and everything. From my side that seems like poor planning and not the best customer service. But anyway i went home to find that my passport was expired. So i went to home affairs to apply for an urgent Passport. I advised Vodacom that my Passport was accepted and being created but was told that Monday was the cut-off date and that they cannot wait at most 2 more days as it states in their terms and conditions. So they pretty much create this competition fully aware of the fact that there is a high possibility that the contestant wont make it due to a loop hole. I feel from my side that it is a slight bit of a **** as they provide you Will this awesome opportunity to catch you by saying you have three days.
