Poor pathetic service by Vodacom call centre

Good day

I spoke with a call centre agent to remove number: 072****30 on my invoice since I never received the phone. The delivery was returned because I couldn't provide proof of address to the guy doing delivery. I want this number removed on my invoice. I will not pay for services never rendered to me. Please respond urgently before I stop making payments to this account. The call centre agent said they will not remove the number on my invoice,why should I pay for something never given to me? I need an answer
