Poor or Zero data connection Vodacom

I am at my wits end with Vodacom Bad connectivity on my mobile as well my modem router.

I tried to report this but Vodacom has become so inaccessible, always tossing you to a robot

I logged 2 human calls from the robot and nobody called back. I will not be surprised if even they can't reach me on their own poor network.

There was a point where my mobile data bundle was not working at all meaning I paid these bundles for nothing.

Also Vodapay disappointed me this time I had to wait more than 24 hours for my Vodawallet credit to reflect on Voda App.

Yoh I feel like I bought all this data for nothing if I cannot use it.
