Poor or no signal reception

Very poor or no signal in The Jade, Paardevlei, Somerset West. Vodacom Customer Service says they are aware of it, but it will take 12 months and longer to fix it. Meanwhile, clients should be satisfied with no reception. We pay the SP for good reception, and they also advertise it as best service provider, but that is not true. Vodacom will do nothing to improve reception.
