Poor or No Service

I recently upgraded my celphone contract online, received my new cellphone and tablet 24 November, after being informed that my new contract will be effective 01.12.2016. Part of the terms and conditions of delivery is that I provide Proof of Address for RICA purposes, otherwise package will not be released. Imagine my surprise when on the 01st of December sim card was inserted in the tablet, just to get message to Rica sim! I visited Paarl Mall Vodacom store with all necessary documents, just to be showed away, as I have to phone Customer Care, because I upgraded Online. After being showed away at Paarl Mall store, I contacted Customer Care, who referred me back to a Vodacom store, as sim cards included in package are not rica'd. By this time I was livid. I called the Paarl Mall store and left a message for the Manager (Derrick) to contact me. As I received no call, I later logged complaint Ref 003S-SCR4. A customer care consultant contacted me out of working hours on my work landline, thereafter sent me email for alternative number. I responded by advising what time I am at work, and that they can contact me on same number till 18:00, and my cellphone number was also mentioned in my complaint, therefore they could have also tried to contact me on my cell, but no, guess what, they tried to contact me again on business landline @ 19:40, after I advised them that I will be at that number till 18:00. Can they not even read a message properly? Wendy September form Customer Care advised me via email to contact Vodacom Paarl Mall Store on ********** 247 to ask Manager for assistance and to find out why they referred me to Customer Care, as the store was supposed to assist me. Why would I once again phone Paarl Mall Vodacom, I had done this the 01st of December and am still waiting on the Manager to return my call. You know what is interesting, they want my money, they give me contracts (yes, I have three contracts with Vodacom), but am clearly not valued as customer when it comes to Service Delivery. Please advise Vodacom's Service Delivery Policy when it comes to Online Upgrades, since it seems a store will clearly refuse assistance. In our line of business, this kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable.
