Poor online service delivery
Called Vodacom last Friday to upgrade, Vodacom claims to do next day delivery but it’s Thursday and I still have not received my handset. I have been calling everyday to check what the matter is and they claim that there need their confirmation department need to call us but they never do and claim that our number is on voicemail.
