POOR OF THE POOREST SERVICE EVER!!!

I initially lodged a complaint with Vodacom in June. However, due to poor service, I escalated the matter to ICASA in July, where it remains pending as Vodacom has been dragging on for some time now. Vodacom’s call center offered me a package that was supposed to reduce my installment since I wasn’t fully utilizing the 400GB from my initial contract. However, the package turned out to be for a home router, which meant I could no longer connect through my phone. After realizing the error, Vodacom refunded me, but weeks passed without restoring my SIM to the original 400GB plan. A week ago, I emailed to express my frustration that it’s been nearly a month of follow-ups with no resolution. Only a few days ago did my SIM start working again. I requested a prorated invoice for the few days I’ve been able to use the data plan, so I could know what to expect in terms of charges. To my shock, this morning I received a bill for R2,366.45. My 400GB plan is R372.99, and I have two home routers (R299.00 & R499.99) totaling R798.00. None of these packages justify a debit order of R2,366.45. My installment should be R1,170.00. While I was refunded for two months, where is my refund for August? I demand an explanation for this unjust charge. Why am I being subjected to unnecessary charges through my bank? This message will also be forwarded to ICASA as part of my pending case. I’m appalled that such a simple query has taken over three months to resolve. This is pure GREED and completely UNACCEPTABLE. I have not been able to use my SIM card (400GB) since June! If you're unable to resolve my query PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!! There's no need for this back and forth i'll take my business elsewhere!

Please respond promptly
