Poor New contract experience
Why an awful new contract experience. I ordered a2 separate phones and both times I constantly called in to ask where the delivery is, only to be told it’s in the warehouse. Nobody knows which warehouse or when it’ll be collected by couriers.
A month later, I call for them to tell me the phone is obsolete and there’s no stock. If there was no stock why do you send sms notifying me a waybill number will be sent? Why was I not made aware of this every other time I called. Why do I have to constantly check on you guys and never get any information communicated to me?!
I will never open a contract on Vodacom again. I have never been so disappointed. MTN it is
