Poor new client experience
I am utterly blown away by the poor level of service I have received from you. I am a prospective client moving away from Cell C and this is a short summary of the service I have received to date:<br> <br> Broken phone so I order a new one<br> My bank details are quickly taken and my order promised last week Friday<br> Wednesday a week later - No response, so I start querying (Total of 11 calls today to resolve this)<br> I get the response we have no stock - sorry<br> The stores have stock so I request a solution - response \Not our problem"<br> I contact the store to get one"
