Poor Network Signals/Connection

It is with sadness and concern that I am writing this review. I have been a client with Vodacom for some years now and find that they do not live up to their motto's, as advertised on Social Media.

I have been a faithful Vodacom client, paying my monthly bills regularly, even though late on occasion recently, due to my financial situation, as a result of Covid, etc.

For over a year now, probably close to 2 years I have been having problems with internet connection being poor and cut off while doing some urgent work, etc. On numerous occasions Vodacom have been saying that they will put up towers closer to where I live to better their network connection, but they cannot tell me when, as I have been speaking to them on a regular basis about this issue, at times on a daily basis, during this period of time. I have even spoken to some people who live in the vicinity and they complain about the same thing.

It is honestly time that Vodacom better their network connections and live up to their word. It does not help us, the clients when we hear all talk and no actual action is taken. Not only is it internet connection, but often cellphone connection, as well.

It will be appreciated if Vodacom step up to the plate to better their services with regards to network connection, as poor service in this regard does have an effect not only on individuals and households, but also on businesses.

I do apologise to write this report here, but I don't see another way, as this has been going on for way too long now.

I do believe that Vodacom is able to live up to their word and motto's and make their clients happy with their services once again as it used to be some time ago. As Vodacom likes to say: "The Future is exciting"

Come on Vodacom, make us proud
