Poor Network Reception and/or Contract Cancellation

I have been engaging with Vodacom to investigate a poor network reception in my area since May 2, 2017 where I spoke to Sibusiso and his Supervisor Tshepo. They promised Simon will call me on the 4th, which he (Simon) did.

Seemed there was progress...
I made many calls then after then eventually got a call from Alex (said was from Technical dept). We engaged for few weeks then on June 19 2017 he said he escalated and someone from their towers dept should be contacting me within 7-14 working days.

No one called me untill 14/07/2016 when I had to follow up with them and I spoke to Lizel and her supervisor Tshwarelo and was promised that'll get a call probably on Monday 17 July 2017 which I didn't.

I awaited this elusive call until I couldn't wait anymore and called 111 again and spoke to K****tso, this was on 31/07/2017. K****tso said she'll escalate and call me back herself with relevant feedback. She said she'll call back tomorrow 01/08/2017 at 13:30. She didn't. No one called.

On 03/08/2017 I called and spoke to Damon and his supervisor Muhammad. Was very angry and we exchanged nasty words. I felt I wanted to make an official complaint and was not given a platform to do so unless I sent an email to ********** but felt I wanted to complain using a different medium of communication however I was told there's no any other. Asked for manager and was told he's not in.
Same day on 03/08/2017 I requested a copy of my contract, and escalations were made as always. On the 4th of August 2017 I received an email from this email ********** requesting me to fill in an attached form for contract request. A form after an escalation was made! Well I filled it in an sent back to the provided email address. I am still awaiting the contract or any feedback whatsoever about it.

Still awaiting a call for feedback I saw the writing on the wall that no solution will be provided here and no platform will be provided for me to make my complaint so I called Retention dept to request pre-mature contract cancellation. Escalation was once again made for Technical dept to give Retention dept a go-ahead in canceling the contract without a penalty fee since Vodacom failed to resolve the network issue I am experiencing. Zolile from the Retention dept gave me this escalation ref:1- ********** ********** . I once again received a promise that I will be called regarding this.
Well I did get a call a day later and someone spoke to my fiancé since I left my phone with her. They told my fiancé that they will have to cancel the contract since they would only be able to work on the network issue perhaps May 2018. Again though they told her they will contact me directly on the alternative number she provided them with... I am still awaiting this call too.

On Friday 11/08/2017 I called Vodacom's Retention dept for follow up and they advised that they are awaiting a go-ahead from Technical dept. I then insisted that that go-ahead be obtained on the spot. Then was transferred to this number ********** 000 which they said was switchboard operator. Whoever was on that line transferred me where I spoke to Wayne.
Wayne said he is sending an email to Alex and Alex's supervisor to call me and send a go-ahead to retention. Wayne said Alex will call me before the end of that same Friday 11/08/2017. Alex didn't call me.

Today(14/08/2017) I spoke to Anete from Retention dept and as soon as I realized the 'someone will call you' pattern I requested for a supervisor and was told that she's in a meeting. I insisted she call her or transfer me to that Technical dept. She refused and left me hanging on an active line. I then left it open and called again and spoke to Hunadi who also refused me a supervisor and left me on hold indefinitely.

I then called 111 and someone said will transfer me to backoffice and transferred me somewhere where I spoke to another person who said will transfer me to backoffice too and the call ended up taking me to survey in IsiXhosa! When did I choose correspondence in IsiXhosa?

All I need is for Vodacom to resolve the network issue, and provide me with proper feedback on the matter or cancel my contract without penalty fees if they cannot resolve the network issue. Is this an unreasonable request?

Oh! Please! Another 'someone will call you' promise? What is 'in due course' anyway? How long is that, next week perhaps or next year? I explain an issue in so much detail and all what you do is reply with an ambiguous standard message of a promise without time-frame?
