Poor network poor service

I have been experiencing pathetic network issues. I cannot connect more than one device to the wireless router, I have called in a number of times to have this issue resolved, however it has still not been resolved. I have restarted, configured, unplugged,- counted to 30 plugged back in, the Wi-Fi connection shows however still the network is smooth. EVERYTHING buffers, then stays poor network.... I go to the Vodacom app check for network outages and there are no network outages close to my area.

The annoyance is this is a reoccurring issue every month, for the first few days every thing is fine, that's is 10 days of the month and then the rest of the month one battles to connect properly with on and off, disconnect and reconnecting, changing passwords, moving the router and doing it all over every day.

This is infuriating to say the least, yes, this is a contract, and as client I expect better quality experience. This is a horrible experience, if you'd ask me I 1 000% would not recommend Vodacom to anyone looking for a service provider or looking to change service providers.

I DO NOT want to recieve FUTILE phone calls on what to do or on how I should do at home, I wannt a solution where I don't not call in to Vodacom, wait for 20minutes on hold only for the call to end with out any feedback.

On another not I called in yet again with regards to insurance on a Vodacom phone I have not had since the 25th of July 2022. I called in in February or March to cancel the insurance but I was still charged up until now for it. I called Vodacom in December 2023 regarding it and I was told I would recieve feedback within 4 working days, it is now January 2024 and I have still not received feedback.

AGAIN I will NOT RECOMMEND VODACOM to ANYBODY... How does a service provide who has their own towers have such poor network.... Don't even get me started on the customer service- Their are only 5 people who calm you down and make you feel like you are moving forward with the pathetic service and network but then you get passed to the next person who is put in a position to seat fill.

A person cannot continue like this, what am I actually paying for if I don't even get to use the product to the so called fullest potential? Since I have been experiencing this poor network and service why should I EVERY month pay for these contracts, I am up for a new contact this year but WHY would I even consider THIS company as my provider? I should rather cancel both contracts, but I will not pay a single cancelation fee since I have not received quality service or quality network...

Don't try to call me because I will not answer or I will end the call my email address is: *** and my contact number to check your phone recordings are *** or ***.

Look forward to hearing from you via Email.
