Poor Network Connection and usage.

We work and stay in and around Parkhurst and Parktown North, the Vodacom signal for mobile network is terrible. You can hardly ever place or receive calls and the data you spend ridiculous amounts on cant even be used with E, H+, and sometimes no network connection. After numerous calls and "solutions" from Vodacom, nothing has been done to fix the problem that has persisted to waste customers money on a Network Provider that provides poor network.
