Poor network and service

Vodacom is just going to yhe pits and it getting worse. After 15 years of using their network I'm going to change to another one. Im having troubles with a slow internet connection, I can barely get to whatsapp, watch something use it as a hotspot. I called in several times and I get the same answer of "our technicians will have a look". Last time I called to report a consultat told me that I am free to look for another network. Im taking her advice . Just couldn't believe instead of trying help me, she tells me off to change networks.
