poor network

hi, i have been on vodacom network for the past years and still am and the problem is on their poor 3g coverage which i tried sending them mail and calling the to have a look on this issue but it looks like ive been talking to a rock because no one has never ever rep**** to my emails at all and taking a data contract with them was a big mistake because i cant use it at the comfort of my home anyway im not the only one with this problem i wish some one at vodacom and listen to their customers.<br> thanks
