Poor Management and Staff and Workmanship Shocking

About 3 months ago I dropped my Samsung S10 and took it to Vodacom Fourways for Repairs paying them about +-R5200 to have the front Screen repaired as it would not work otherwise. Wish they had told me this before I took this phone that it is extremely expensive to repair. A week later I collected the phone and paid them and also paid for a screen protector, and a cover. The lady who had repaired my phone told me I should wait 12 hours before removing the film on the sides which I left anyway. Unfortunately, a month later I had accidentally dropped my phone again and it cracked in the same place again. I told my husband not too worry as I have a screen protector on. I went to Vodacom Fourways to repair my phone again. I told them not to worry and that it is only the screen protector and all they needed to do is just remove the cracked screen protector and put a new one on. To my dismay I was told by Vodacom that my phone did not have a screen protector on. I told them I was right there when they put it on and that I had paid for it. I asked them who will now be responsible for fixing my phone as I was under the impression that my phone is protected. I was literally talking to myself as I was blatantly ignored by all 8 staff members in the store. I asked for the manager who took 30 minutes to come speak to me as she was on a call. When I eventually spoke to her she basically told me it is not her problem or Vodacom as how does she know I did not take the protector off. I explained to her after having paid so much money prior why would I do that and I why would I insist that my phone is protected they just needed to put a new protector on. She went on to blame the supplier of the protector and gave me a cell phone number of the supplier. I asked her what must I do with the number and she literally turned her back and walked away from me to a back office without saying anything. I looked around and asked the other Vodacom staff members what her name was who reluctantly told me her name was Kerry Lee Harty which I am not even sure is her real name. I pay Vodacom over R1000 in subscription fees every month and the treatment I received was appalling. I paid for a screen protector and was treated very poorly afterwards. Vodacom please if you may kindly let me know who is responsible for this and your staff to be quite frank are **********. Who will be responsible for repairing my phone now as I do not have another R5200 for your poor workmanship!
