POOR MANAGEMENT

I had a tablet contract which I entered into with a company over the telephone around 2012. I was sent correspondence by a law firm (i.e.Hammond Pole Attorneys) instructed by Vodacom to collect the money owed to the contract. On the 26 September 2014 I settled the account and I was surprised when my banker informed me that I am listed on the Credit Bureau by Vodacom. I was also shocked on the day, I was sent an email by another law firm (i.e. Burnard, Raaff and Associates) on the 12 February 2016, also instructed by Vodacom to collect on the account which to me was closed and paid up in 2014.
