Poor issue resolution by Vodacom on incorrect billing received

Recently purchased a new Apple Watch and required assistance to get my One Number working on the new watch. Called Comtact Centre, the agent activated an eSIM for me which turned out was not required and did not resolve the issue. However, I was charged an activation fee. When I subsequently went into the Vodashop for assistance, they confirmed as such and assisted me with sorting out the technical issue. The problem was compounded with another activation charge for resolving the One Number matter. So 2x activation charges that should not be billed. I’ve called in 3x times, each time a consultant enthusiastically commits to resolve but nothing transpires. Very frustrating and seemingly a statement is made that whatever Vodacom bills, you just need to accept and pay?
