Poor Instore Service

On saturday 22nd April 2017, my phone gradually started loosing signal. Firstly the data signal, then the calling and SMS signal. By saturday evening the phone just had "no Service". I tried everything from restarting the phone, taking the SIM card out. Nothing worked. On Sunday morning, I then called into Vodacom and spoke to an amazing Lady called Portia. She tried absolutely everything in her power. She called me back 3-4 times checking if anything had changed and trying new resetting options. In the end I had to go into aVodacom store. I used to love going to the Vodacom Fourways store as the staff were always rgeat. However, the last two times I have been the service in this store is worse than shocking. The staff members are incredibly sloppy and to be honest couldn't be bothered to assist. I explained to the consultant (Who I shall not name - but I do know the name) everything that had happened and said that he must give me a new SIM card. He then ignored me and decided to run the same test that Portia did 3 times in the morning. He then said I must wait an hour for his system to run? Seriously? I am tired of waiting which is why I have come into the store to get a new SIM. As I thought his attitude was bad and really didn't want to speak to him, I asked for his manager. Now I am not surprised that the stores service is as bad as it was. The manager was even worse.

1. Didn't introduce himself when talking to me?

2. When I asked him to explain the problem, he said "there is nothing to explain"

3. When I asked him to find out and get back to me. His response was, "there is nothing to find out, I am telling you everything"

4. When I questioned the poor service in the store, he then said "but what's your problem?"

I have his name as well. But I would like someone from Vodacom to contact me as I need answers that this manager was not prepared to give me?

Regards

James
