Poor *********** Service
I went to Vodacom Repair shop Cresta to book in my IPhone 5. The phone was originally on a Nashua Mobile Vodacom Contract, but the contract has finished and Nashua Mobile transferred to Vodacom.

I explained the problems to the assistant behind the counter and mentioned that Apple has a free exchange for the battery and power button, and my phone is eligible. Further to this I explained the phone was originally through Nashua Mobile but was on a Vodacom contract anyway. The phone was booked in.

Two and a half weeks later I am notified to collect my phone. Upon arrival I am told the phone is not a Vodacom phone and wasn't repaired...

Round 2 - Explain again, they say they need to email the head-office and wait for instructions. The next day the phone is booked in for the repairs. Three weeks later I receive a message to collect my phone... Upon arrival I am told the phone was not fixed because its not a Vodacom phone...REALLY!?

I told the assistant to immediately give my phone back and she just hands it to me without even asking for the supposedly verification.

Now I have a phone, due for free repair, but apparently no-one will repair.

Be sure I will not renew my contract.
