Poor & in efficient service
Vodacom cuts my line off completely no incoming or outgoing calls for no reason. Called spoke to 5 different consultants,can’t get it sorted as they say it’s with legal due to a late payment in February WHAT A JOKE!!, They say I must call collections LOL when I call the number and automated voice asks to type in my number & immediately the machine responds “ The no you have entered is not in ARREARS and call gets transferred to customer services LOL & they say they can’t help Only Legal can .Seriously Vodacom should train people to be more efficient or hire better skilled people This is a real joke
