Poor frustrating service from Vodacom 4

OK Vodacom, I note you tried to do something yesterday causing my internet to stop work again and cause significant inconvenience as usual. Don’t seem you understand the problem and I am tired explaining things you should know to your own people over telephone over and over and over again.

My old Cell C phone is a Samsung S3 mini. The new contract was taken out on 21/07 for Huawei P9 lite, OK got it? On 24/07 I received SMS saying “congratulations with your new smartphone, here is your free 1GB of Data and free screen insurance on you S3 Mini” The contract I took was on Huawei P9 lite with 5GB of data once off and the screen insurance. The problem is the new sim ( ********** 0………. ********** ) is meant to be registered but apparently it needs to be done on some new ****py system no one at Vodacom seems to understand. So I have had a new phone for a month already that can’t be used.

If you can't solve this COB today 17/08 I will return this Phone with its box and other ******* to your shop. You will in turn cancel this contract and port this number back to Cell C or MTN or whoever I choose. You will not charge me one cent further (and really I expect the costs already incurred so far to be refunded). If you don't I will cancel your debit order at my bank (BTW I can do this) until such time you correct your statements and refund me for everything.

Since hellopeter also don't really seem to work anymore with Vodacom I will be sharing my experience trying to switch to Vodacom on FB including all the community forums I am linked with (I think about 25,000 people should have visibility) I think people should be warned not to fall for your adverti*****ts making it sound like a good thing to switch to Vodacom.
