Poor frustrating service from Vodacom

Been trying since 14 Jul to simply port number from Cell C to Vodacom and take out new contract. Seems easy enough as I already have 3x other contracts with Vodacom but clearly not. Been in and out and calling Vodacom shop so many times it is not funny at all. Every time you get told tomorrow it will work, tomorrow it will work. Been sitting for a week already with new phone but it still does not work. Still getting SMS’s on old phone saying congrats with your free insurance on screen but it’s for wrong phone. How difficult could this possibly be??

OK Another 3 weeks gone by and after another countless amount of calls and visits to Vodacom issue still not resolved.
How difficult could it possibly be to switch from Cell-C to Vodacom? I have left messages for Vodacom Store manager (Stefan) Kolonade 3 times now who does not bother to call back. Left message today again for assistant manager Timon to call back but also no luck.
This is my last message to Vodacom. If you can't solve this immediately as in today or tomorrow I will return this Phone with its box and other ******* to your shop. You will in turn cancel this contract and port this number back to Cell C or MTN or whoever I choose. You will not charge me one cent further (and really I expect the costs incurred so far to be refunded). If you don't I will cancel your debit order at my bank (BTW I can do this) until such time you correct your statements and refund me for everything.
Since hellopeter also don't really seem to work anymore with Vodacom I will be sharing my experience trying to switch to Vodacom on FB including all the community forums I am linked with (I think about 25,000 people should have visibility) I think people should be warned not to fall for your adverti*****ts making it sound like a good thing to switch to Vodacom.
