Poor ********** service of Vodacom and Cellsure

Id like to log a complaint against Vodacom Repairs and CellSure, with regards to a claim and screen repair service. I took up a contract with Voda and its nearing its last 5months. My Phone a Blackberry Priv, started operating slow and freezing , I was told the phone is dew for a Software upgrade. I had been paying for screen insurance all this time. My screen happened to have a small crack and I i decided to take the phone for repairs and software upgrade. I booked the phone in on the 3rd May. I called them on Thursday the 10th May to get an update and was told the Phone was still awaiting an insurance claim approval. To a big Shock I was told that the "My screen Cost R7000", I was told that the insurance I took was a once of special only insured for R2500, which I was not told of and would have to pay the Remaining R5125. When I called the cell sure agents, I was told Im insured for what the device screen cost. I called and asked for the insurance recording, till this day I still wait. To my surprize, i was not told that I would have to pay this much to repair my screen now. I'm very disappointed with the Service I was given and how come I was not told how much my screen would cost. I would Like Some help and from Hello Peter, as this does not sound right at all, this sounds all too farfetched. ...
