Poor Feedback and Call centre

I ordered an Iphone4s online, signed up for a brand new contract and got the best service immediately. Now, a week later I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered after they said I am going to wait 3 - 5 working days. It has been 7 working days now?<br> I arranged my meetings on such a way this week Monday so that I am present at office after the consultant told me my phone will be delivered on Monday. Nothing came? I always speak highly of Vodacom and maybe it is the courier company but then I expect feedback after I have called thrice and sent an email.
