Poor dissapointing service

Poor service received and disappointed on how they work. There is no solution to problem. I got the package that I did not agree on and it was to them take it or leave. And it is not the first time they dissapointed me. Not sure I went again to that store. It was the beginning of the year and buying template for school and they promised they will order and boom no tab after a week they promissed and the said come after 2 days and also they gave stories. Today it was worse not sure why I went there and I learned the hard way. Online is the way for me in the future. I am so disappointed. I don't want this package but had to take the fone.
