Poor, disgusting service

<p>Dear vodacom </p> <p>i have been a loyal customer of your for the last 5 or more years.</p> <p>i have been trying to resolve my issue with you for the past 6 months or so with no joy.</p> <p>the service that i recieved from your call center agents is appauling!!!</p> <p>i have never had a problem with you guys or been in arraers with vodacom and the first time an issue arises you hand me over to lawyers for collection.......i have called your call center on numerous occassions with no joy .</p> <p>your call center agents are extremely rude and arrogant.....the have no customer service s**** whats so ever!!!</p> <p>i never stopped paying you guys.........if the debit order bounced why didnt you call and inform me immedialtey and re instate the debit order to go off monthly like it has always been going off?</p> <p> </p> <p>vodacom does not value thier customers and i feel pitty for consumers doing or getting into buisness with them.</p> <p>i am absolultley disoppointed in vodacom........."if they cant resolve your problem then they hand customers over for collection" beware south africa.</p>
