Poor customer treatment

Very poor service. Canceled my contract and they uncanceled it without my permission. They handed me over to lawyers and they are very quick to threaten to take to court and everytime i tell them about my papers i have they keep quiet. Just treat your customers like people amd not ********s even if you can see it on your system
