Poor Customer Service - Vodacom Tubatse Crossing
Since May of 2024 trying to get an e-sim from Tubatse crossing Vodacom. Every time I call I’m told to come to the store when I go to the store I’m told you came late around 4pm, they need 3hrs to sent a sim code.
I took some time off work to do this , still I was sent a QR code and a pin to active an eSIM and still that did not work. I called the shop back multiple times trying to get the esim activated without success. Today I get to the shop, I’m told I must pay additional money to convert my sim into a physical sim first before they could do an eSIM.
The staff is rude as f@@k, the attitude and poor customer service is something to talk about another day. The only thing this staff is good at is recruiting people to sign contracts but to service the very same contracts it’s a problem
