Poor customer service - Vodacom Cape Gate
Vodacom Cape Gate - your customer service is beyond appalling.I have made 3 trips to the Vodacom store but I am yet to receive a new device. Everyone drags their feet and behave like they are doing you a favour for doing their job. I would not recommend insuring your device with Vodacom nor visiting their store in Cape gate..
