Poor customer service... Suspended survice

A lady helped me transferred my wife's account onto my name in one of your stores. Everything went smooth and she assured me there will be no problems and the amount will be deducted from my account at the start of the next month.

3 Days later and I get a SMS informing me that my account has gone over my credit limit and it is suspended.

Firstly should the lady in the shop not have noticed this when she assisted and transferred the account!

Secondly it has 'n been six days since my account has been suspended and I am still waiting for the consultant to phone me back after I made an enquiry. I phone them yesterday again only to be told I should wait for my enquiry to be dealt with.

My account(my wife's was still suspended) was activate briefly yesterday but only to be suspended again hours later.

When I renewed my contract at the beginning of the year I took a chance to stay loyal to Vodacom even though you are the most expensive in their plans and expecially their data, even though I struggle with drop calls and even though their signal is never stable in my area... It's a decision that I'm now starting to regret.

Regards

A frustrated soon to be ex-loyal customer

Reviewer Update

Its been more then a week and nothing has been done. I received no calls and had to phone the call centre daily.

The automated response is empty promises.

Worst customer service ever.
