POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have emailed countless times, as I need to know my options. I have been a customer with Vodcaom for over 20 years and now that I want to cancel and find out my options, do you think anybody has the decency to come back to me. Your customer care service is appalling. So do I just have to cancel my debit order for somebody to pay attention ???????
