Poor customer service Network connection

<p>I spoke to 5 different agents regarding my network problems . after speaking to the first consultant my network went away completely . after more attempts every call got dropped and when I spoke a supervisor Thomas he dropped my call after being placed on hold for more than 10 minutes .</p> <p> </p> <p>This is poor customer service by the service providers who claim they the best in the country!</p>
