Poor customer service from Vodacom, pathetic!

Hi. I have been trying to contact vodacom for the past week for a vodacom contract which I had and cancelled. I require a paid up letter urgently but since the past week I tried all means to get a hold of somebody to assist me in customer service to no avail. I am frustrated because I have been trying so long n vodacom has the worse service ever. This is one of the main reasons why I didn't upgrade when my contract was due for upgrade and it's very disappointing.
