poor customer service from vodacom

So I apply for a Huawei pocket router with a contract of data only on the on the 21/05/2026, which was approved. I send all the necessary documents as per their request. On Friday the 22 June the agent from Vodacom online calls me to make arrangements for the delivery of the router, I told her I won't be available at my work address as I am attending a workshop the following week. she said she will call me next week to arrange with the delivery. Another agent calls me to arrange for the delivery of the device on the week of the 1st June - 5th June. I have been waiting for the email from the courier as to when they will deliver the device, on Tuesday the 02 June I reach out to Vodacom online to find out what's happening with my order via email, I didn't get a response. on Friday the 5th I had to use my airtime to find out the status of delivery of the device, I was told Vodacom cancelled the contract without my consent, they claimed they called me and I didn't answer the phone, (which is not true) they didn't leave me an email, I had to find out that way, so I made another application on Friday now the online approvals are dragging their feet, I need the device before the 12 June as I am going on vacation outside the country. even after pleading with them that I need to leave the device with my son so we can be in contact, they don't seem to care. this service really falls below a South African standard, I am so disappointed.

I go to the store near me which happens to be in Newcastle mall, the lady who helped me was not listening to me at all, before I went to the shop i phoned and asked if i could email them my bank statements. she made me go print out the bank statements at nearest POSTNET, when i was about to pay POSTNET that's when she called me that I don't need to print them out. I don't know how i suddenly became a suspect of ***** when it was Vodacom online who were stalling the process of dispatching the courier. aint it funny you look at someone's ID and you immediately conclude he is *****ster? is it xenophobia? Vodacom went to my CREDIT bureau 3 times and approved the deal twice. now I am being told by the same shop after they promise me to wait for 4 hours, that now I must wait for 24 hours because the ***** department took over the case? for a mere R299 per month, i am a suspected *****ster because vodacom online could arrange to deliver my parcel on time and i followed what the consultants told me to do? nah vodacom it was nice while it lasted. can't be treated like a beggar when i been a loyal customer to for all those years,
