Poor customer service
I was called by Vodacom consultant on the 25th August 2021 to offer me additional contract-A22 *** - qoutation munber ***- order number, and I was told I will get the phone on Friday,the 27th. The 26th I received the the sms that the divice is out of stock. How do you offer this if you dont have stock? Why isnt anyone updating me on the status of the order? This is so unproffessional!!

15 Sept 2021, 15:57Yesterday, 14th September, Patricia called me. She couldn't answer my questions.....
Mahlatsi Legodi called and apologized. He offered a different phone as the one in question is out of stock till mid October. I didn't get any confirmation via sms or email. I don't know if I will get it or what.....like.....I'm in a dark.

Yesterday, 14th September, Patricia called me. She couldn't answer my questions.....
