Poor customer service
The customer care line is absolutely poor with assistance. They have an automated voice giving instructions which is of no help whatsoever. It doesn't even allow you to speak to an agent. The network is down on my phone and Im unable to get it resolved due to the customer care line that's offering no help. I regret going with Vodacom. Very Poor customer service.
