Poor customer Service.

I've been having with Vodamail email since the 16/03/2020 and i have called more that 5 times still not getting any help. I'm unable to receive emails. I try to delete cause thought my mailbox is full but i realized it doesn't even delete the old emails and when i called for that, i was told they need to send the service request again which the 1st service request WAS CLOSED WITHOUT MY QUERY BEING RESOLVE. i WAS TOLD I CANT EVEN SPEAK TO HE TECHNICIANS. What must i do to be able to be assisted the 1st time when calling Vodacom Cs.? Really it's disgusting.
