Vodacom customer service clerks are a nightmare to work with. Thembi Rantsane in particular. The woman is not serious about her job! To lie to customers about why their airtime is not loading, instead of taking the time to actually assist the customer and solve the problem is totally unacceptable. Dear, do your job.
