poor customer service

No good service from Vodacom online. Consultants promise to investigate a problem further but never come back with results, have to repeat same issue with different consultants as there is no direct line to continue the matter with previous consultant, their manager/s or supervisor/s do not have a courtesy of speaking directly to customers. They delegate and leave consultants to be used as punching bags, if the matter is beyond their consultants, they need to take over the matter. \ I have been loyal to Vodacom and deserve respect and good service.
